Binaha ang national highway sa Bgy. Disso-or, Bauang, La Union, bandang alas-5 ng umaga, Biyernes, July 25, 2025.Ayon kay Bayan Patroller Raine Avegail Silva, ginising sila ng malakas na hangin at ulang dala ng bagyong Emong bandang ala-1 ng madaling-araw. Ayon naman kay Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Jermae Estolas, nagsimula ang pananalasa ng bagyo bandang alas-2:30 ng madaling araw hanggang bandang alas-10 ng umaga. Aniya, umabot ng halos isang talampakan ang baha sa national highway sa Bgy. Disso-or. Bandang alas-10 ng umaga nagsimulang humupa ang baha at madadaanan na ito ng lahat ng uri ng sasakyan bandang alas-1 ng hapon, ani Estolas. Dagdag ni Estolas, nagmimistulang catch basin ang bayan ng Bauang tuwing malakas ang pag-ulan dahil mayroon itong mabababang lugar kabilang na ang mga barangay na malapit sa dagat, ani Estolas.
