<p>BENGUET — Several landslides have struck Baguio City as heavy rains continue to pour, according to Mayor Benjamin Magalong.</p><p>In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Magalong said at least 34 landslides have been recorded, with significant incidents reported in Barangays Lucnab and Outlook Drive. More than 30 trees were also uprooted in the upland city.</p><p>Meanwhile, a total of 17 houses were damaged—two were totally destroyed, while 15 sustained partial damage.</p><p>Magalong reported that 28 families, or about 80 individuals, were forced to evacuate due to the effects of the week-long weather disturbances.</p><p>Despite the situation, Magalong said there is no immediate need to declare a state of calamity in the city.</p><p>“Hindi naman kasing tindi ang nangyari sa atin, [kumpara] sa ibang probinsya, tulad ng Pangasinan and La Union.
