<p>Patay ang isang 21-anyos na lalaki matapos umano siyang saksakin ng isang 16-anyos na binatilyo sa Tabuk City, Kalinga, Linggo ng madaling-araw. </p><p>Nangyari ang insidente dakong alas-3:30 ng madaling-araw sa kanto ng De Jesus at Lammawin Streets sa Purok 3, Barangay Bulanao Norte. </p><p>Batay sa salaysay ng isang testigo sa pulisya, pauwi na ang biktima at kanyang mga kasamahan nang harangin umano sila ng grupo ng nasa pitong indibidwal. Nauwi umano sa suntukan ang komprontasyon ng dalawang grupo.</p><p>Sa gitna ng kaguluhan, nakita umano ng testigo na hinahabol ang biktima ng isang lalaki na nakasuot ng jacket, bull cap, at shorts. Nang maabutan umano ang biktima, sinaksak ito ng suspek dahilan upang mawalan ng balanse at bumagsak.</p><p>Matapos ang insidente, agad na tumakas ang suspek kasama ang kanyang mga kasamahan. Dinala naman sa ospital ang biktima ngunit idineklara itong dead on arrival. </p><p>Sa follow-up operation, natukoy at naaresto ng mga pulis ang 16-anyos na suspek.
