<div><br/></div><p>MANILA — The Police Regional Office (PRO) in MIMAROPA has arrested two suspected drug personalities and seized more than P63,000 worth of suspected shabu, an illegal firearm, and drug paraphernalia in separate anti-illegal drug operations in Oriental Mindoro and Palawan.</p><p>In a pre-dawn search warrant operation in Roxas, Oriental Mindoro, police operatives arrested a suspected drug personality and confiscated approximately 7.14 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated standard drug price of P48,552.</p><p>Authorities implemented search warrants for alleged violations of Republic Act Nos. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, and 10591, the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act. The warrants were issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 43, in Roxas, Oriental Mindoro.</p><p>A homemade shotgun, a metal magazine, two rounds of 12-gauge shotgun ammunition, and other non-drug evidence were recovered.</p><p>In a separate buy-bust operation in Brooke’s Point, Palawan, authorities seized approximately 2.24 grams of suspected shabu valued at P15,164, along with buy-bust money, assorted drug paraphernalia, a digital weighing scale, and a vehicle believed to have been used in the illegal drug trade.</p><p>Charges for alleged violation of Republic Act No. 9165 are being prepared for filing before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor.</p><div><br/></div><p>.</p>
