Wala po akong intensyon na makasira ng imahe ng kapulisan... Taos-puso ko pong tatanggapin ang anumang kaparusahang ipapataw ninyo sa akin,” pahayag ng pulis.</p><p>Matapos umano ang insidente, agad na sumuko ang police corporal kinabukasan.
