Eisbon Llamasares, hepe ng Baliwag City Police Station, isa sa mga anggulong kanilang tinitingnan ay ang mistaken identity.&quot;Most probably po, posible rin po na nagkaroon ng mistaken identity. Llamasares, nakapag-file na ng kasong murder sa prosecutor&#x27;s office. Dagdag pa ng pulisya, itinuturing nang solved ang kaso matapos maaresto ang suspek at umamin ito sa krimen sa kanyang extrajudicial confession na isinagawa sa harap ng City Legal Officer.Nilinaw ng Baliwag City Police at ng Department of Education na isang isolated case ang insidente at walang kaugnayan sa pagiging guro ng suspek sa paaralan. Binigyang-diin din ng mga awtoridad na hindi nangyari ang krimen sa loob ng school premises.
