<p>MANILA -- The Pag-IBIG Fund turned over more housing units under the Expanded 4PH housing program in Lipa, Batangas.</p><p>In a statement, Pag-IBIG said the houses developed by P.A. Properties cost P950,000 each.</p><p>Since the homes are under the Expanded 4PH Program, whihc offer a subsidized interest rate of 3 percent, monthly amortization may be as low as P4,005 for some homeowners, Pag-IBIG noted.</p><p>Pag-IBIG Board of Trustees chair Jose Ramon Aliling said the government will continue to speed up housing delivery and make affordable homes available in more parts of the country.</p><p>“Through stronger collaboration between the public and private sectors, we are able to... enable more Filipinos to move from aspiration to actual homeownership,&quot; he said.</p><p>During the turnover, Aliling and Pag-IBIG Fund chief executive officer Marilene Acosta also visited another residential project of P.A. Properties in Lipa, which offers units priced from P3.5 million to P7 million.</p><p>Pag-IBIG recently raised its maximum housing loan limit to P10 million to allow more middle-income earners to own homes at affordable rates.</p><p>“Every peso saved from monthly housing payments matters to our members.
