<p>MANILA — A few days before the election day, state weather bureau PAGASA is monitoring two low pressure areas inside the Philippine area of responsibility.</p><p>As of 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, the bureau said one LPA is located 415 km west of Abucay, Bataan, and is expected to leave the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) within 24 hours. </p><p>Another LPA was found 190 km east northeast of Borongan City, Eastern Samar. </p><p>Both LPAs will not form into a tropical cyclone but will bring scattered rains and thunderstorms in the Caraga and Eastern Visayas regions, said the bureau. </p><p>Meanwhile, the easterlies will also bring scattered rains and thunderstorms in Davao region and rain showers in Metro Manila and other parts of the country today. </p><div><br/></div><div><strong>RELATED VIDEO:</strong></div><div style="text-align:center"><iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/bkkYg9aJ3bs?si=zGXxQETzuUAAxlf0" title="YouTube video player" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe><br/></div>
