MANILA — A low pressure area and the easterlies will bring cloudy skies and scattered rains over several regions on Tuesday, PAGASA said.

The LPA was spotted over the coastal waters of Corcuera, Romblon at 3 a.m. It may track west northwestward and fizzle out within the day, the state weather bureau said.

It said the LPA would bring cloudy skies and scattered rains in Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, and Bulacan.

Meanwhile, easterlies will affect Isabela, Quirino, and Aurora.

PAGASA warned these areas were of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

The rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Visayas and Mindanao can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
