In Mandaluyong City, residents reported 8-inch, gutter-deep flooding at the EDSA-Shaw underpass, northbound lane, around 3 p.m.

Aside from Metro Manila, the state weather bureau PAGASA said the Habagat will also affect Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, MIMAROPA, Western Visayas, Negros Island Region, Zamboanga Peninsula, BARMM, and SOCCSKSARGEN.
