Mark Demayo, ABS-CBN News</div>MANILA — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Friday announced that the implementation of expanded number coding scheme will be suspended on Monday, August 25, a regular holiday to commemorate National Heroes&#x27; Day.The MMDA noted that number coding scheme is automatically suspended during official and special non-working holidays.MMDA asked motorists to plan their trips accordingly.&quot;Happy long weekend,&quot; the agency said.
