Handout/PAGASA</div>MANILA -- The low pressure area east of Camarines Norte may bring rains over Luzon and Visayas until Saturday, the state weather bureau said.In its 24-hour weather forecast issued Wednesday afternoon, PAGASA said the LPA was located 370 kilometers east of Daet, Camarines Norte as of 3 p.m.Its potential for tropical cyclone development in the next 24 hours remains low, according to PAGASA. However, it may bring scattered to widespread rains over the following areas until Saturday.<ul><li>Cagayan Valley</li><li>Calabarzon</li><li>Aurora</li><li>Marinduque</li><li>Metro Manila</li><li>Visayas</li><li>Ilocos Region</li><li>Cordillera Administrative Region</li><li>Rest of Central Luzon</li><li>Bicol region</li><li>Occidental Mindoro</li><li>Oriental Mindoro</li><li>Romblon</li></ul>Meanwhile, the southwest monsoon or habagat may bring rains and thunderstorms over the Mindanao and Palawan.Flooding and landslides are likely during occasions of prolonged and heavy rainfall, PAGASA said.
