California residents on Monday (November 25) braced for another round of heavy rain and snow, as storms rolling in from the Pacific Ocean continued to pummel the state, already dealing with severe downpours and flooding in several areas.Satellite images on Monday showed a large storm funneling more rainy weather into central and southern parts of the state. The National Weather Service said Californians should expect &quot;anamolous&quot; amounts of rain through Tuesday, which it warned could produce flash flooding, as well as mudslides in mountainous areas.Heavy snow up to 3-4 feet was also forecast for higher elevations in the Sierra Nevada mountains.The storms - known as &quot;atmospheric rivers&quot; due to their high moisture content - since last week have killed at least 3 people and cut power to hundreds of thousands of customers.
