Magno cited MasterCard’s FarmPass program—which supports millions of farmers in Mindanao—as an example of how PPPs can enhance livelihoods and community resilience.</p><p>Budget Secretary Amenah Pangandaman also affirmed national government support for the PPP Center, noting its integration into the region’s development framework alongside expanded assistance from multilateral institutions such as the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).</p><p>“Mindanao is ready for business,” Pangandaman said. “We have prepared the framework for development assistance and are ensuring that PPPs play a central role in bridging growth across all regions.”</p><p>Private sector leaders echoed the sentiment.
