Netizens are all praises for two of iWant’s new originals, “The Gift” and “S.P.A.R.K.,” which serve as the reunion projects of love teams NashLene and GraeDrea.

In Nash Aguas and Sharlene San Pedro’s “The Gift,” Cocoy (Nash), a teenager suffering from Asperger syndrome, meets and Tina (Sharlene), who has a congenital heart problem. The two meet in a therapy clinic and will soon find love and hope in each other. After the movie dropped on iWant, the hashtag #WatchTheGiftOniWant immediately made it to Twitter Philippines’ list of trending topics as fans and netizens commended the lead stars’ performances, as well as the movie’s story.

Twitter user @itsmerainrain2 posted, “It tackles mental illness and awareness. You can learn something from it..”

“Love this movie because it’s not just about love, family, and hope. It’s about psychological disorders that a person may experience, “ commented @itisMissAaa. User @zaynaness also added, “I’m a psychology major… and I can really tell that Nash perfectly portrayed his character. He studied it well. It makes me proud!”

“The story is so beautiful and the cast, especially Sharlene and Nash are excellent. It’s complete, will make you laugh, get kilig, and cry. It won’t waste your time!,” said @paulineeeee24 about the Onat Diaz film.

Like “The Gift,” “S.P.A.R.K.” also received loved from the fans of Andrea Brillantes and Grae Fernandez, whose last project was the Kapamilya series “Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin.” Directed by Carlo Po Artillaga, “S.P.A.R.K.” tells the story of Drei (Grae), a campus crush and trickster who gets into trouble after damaging the stalls of a pottery barn. As a punishment, the barn boss assigns Beth (Andrea), a sweet lad raised in the province, to teach him the basics of pottery. The two start out as enemies and eventually develop a friendship that blooms into something beautiful – a lot like love.

“#GraeDrea is so cute, their movie’s story is also great. They give me kilig. I hope they shoot a movie together and Grae Fernandez does more shows,” commented @Czarmiah.
