Malasimbo 2020 gives to ABS-CBN Foundation’s Bantay Kalikasan

The Malasimbo Music and Arts Festival, one of the country’s biggest annual music events, returns on February 29 to March 1, 2020, this time, not only to bring up-and-coming and established local and international artists, but also to help ABS-CBN Foundation Inc.’s Bantay Kalikasan program.

As part of its long-standing advocacy of environmental awareness, the music festival is donating 10% of its ticket sales to the foundation.

The venue of this year’s festival is also aligned with the said cause as it will be held at La Mesa Ecopark, considered to be its most accessible location. Founder and festival director Miro Grgic said that La Mesa Eco Park’s amphitheater sounds good and reflects the exact same conditions of Malasimbo’s last amphitheater.

Headlining the festival are known international and local acts Cory Henry and the Funk Apostles, Mike Love, Laneous, Anomalie, Jesus Molina, Matteo Mancuso, Uncomfortable Science, Brigada, Project Yazz and Talata ni Tala.

Foremost DJs Ean Mayor, Roberto Sena, Deej Fabian, Bass Relief, Norris King, Bing Austria, Rei Ka, Bignay Sound System, and Jingga Who, will also perform their impressive sets.

Music industry experts will also share their experiences about the local and international music industry. An array of rainforest activities is also lined-up for the entire family, such as archery, swimming, and many others.

Malasimbo Music and Arts Festival is produced by Volume Unit Entertainment, Inc.

Tickets to Malasimbo 2020 are available via www.ktx.ph.
