Ayon sa inisyal na mga ulat, nagbigti umano ito.</p><p>“Right now, we are still coordinating with local authorities regarding the investigation para kasi dapat nakaantabay talaga tayo dito sa kaso and find out kung ano ba iyong outcome para alam din natin iyong mga next course of action na gagawin natin,” ayon kay Vice Consul Charleson Hermosura, head ng Assistance to Nationals Unit ng embahada.<br/> <br/>Hindi naman makapaniwala si Librada na magagawa ng kaniyang kapatid ang magpakamatay.</p><p>“Buong puso naming tatanggapin &#x27;yon kung siya ay nagpakamatay. Pero sana po kung may pagkakataon, bibigyan naman kami ng laban para naman mabigyan ng linaw ang pagkamatay ng kapatid ko,” sabi niya.<br/> <br/>Dumating sa Kuwait si Marife noong Pebrero 2017. Ayon sa kaniyang agency, nakakapag-day off naman daw at wala namang reklamo sa amo si Marife. </p><p>Base sa mga Facebook post nito bago umano mamatay, mukhang mayroon daw siyang pinagdaraanan. </p><p>“What I can say at this point is that nakita &#x27;yong kaniyang remains in the morning and apart from that, there has been no indication so far of anything that will lead us to any conclusion at this point,” dagdag ni Hermosura.<br/> <br/>Nangako naman ang embahada na gagawin ang lahat para malaman ang katotohahan sa pagkamatay ni Marife. <br/> <br/>“Kami po ay nakikiramay sa pamilya ni Marife Librada at nangangako po ang embassy na gagawin po nito ang lahat ng aksiyon na kinakailangan upang makatulong sa pagresolba ng kaso at sa pagpapauwi [sa] kaniyang mga labi,” sabi ni Hermosura.</p>
