Isa itong major exhibition kung saan naimbintahan ang mag-asawa para maipakita ang kanilang mga gawa mula noong dekada 90. </p><div><font face="Arial">“Artist couple kami. Nagtatrabaho kami together, not only as husband and wife, pero sa paggawa at paglikha...sa larangan ng sining, sa visual arts,” sabi ni Isabel.</font> </div><div><font face="Arial">“Somewhere elsewhere nowhere” ang titulo ng exhibit at malaking bahagi ng koleksyong ito ng mag-asawa ang mga isyu na laging kinakaharap ng mga Pilipinong nagtatrabaho o naninirahan sa ibang bansa.</font>   </div><p>Isa sa pinakamalaking art installation sa exhibition ay ang “In-Habit: Project Another Country na gawa sa cardboards at nagpapakita ng isang syudad kung saan may mga bahay, buildings, mga tulay, mga bagay na nagsisimbolo ng isang kumpletong syudad.   </p><div><font face="Arial">“Ito ay tungkol sa mga kababayan natin na nasa ibang lugar. It talks about the idea of balikbayan box na pinapadala sa atin and you know...ginamit namin ang material na yun para gumawa ng trabahong ganito na nagsasabi tungkol sa issues ng settlement, dislocation, mga pangarap,” kwento ni Alfredo.</font>   </div><p>Humanga ang ilang Indonesians sa obra ng mag-asawa.   </p><div><font face="Arial">“When you enter you can see there’s a lot of Indonesianesque culture into all their projects…like sickles used by farmers, they made into a wing. Then they used bird cages to form an airplane wing to convey freedom or confinement or even safety or refuge,” pahayag ni Anna Pazia.</font> </div><div><font face="Arial">“They are very important to the history of contemporary art not just in the Philippines, but in Southeast Asia. They’re part of the first generation of artists who begin to exhibit internationally and at the same time their artwork begins to think about a contemporary art across Southeast Asia,” ani Museum MACAN Director Aaron Seeto.</font> </div><p>Ang survey exhibition ng mag-asawang Aquilizan ay mananatili sa Museum MACAN hanggang ika-otso ng Oktubre. <i> </i></p><div><i>Para sa iba pang ulat patungkol sa mga Pilipino sa iba&#x27;t ibang bahagi ng mundo, panoorin at tumutok sa TFC News sa TV Patrol.</i></div>
