Fontelar then hit Chavolla in the face with a tray.<br/> <br/>Fontelar said she was charged with assault over the incident. On Thursday, the employee said she is still employed at McDonald&#x27;s.</p><p>Chavolla, in an interview with the <a href="https://nypost.com/2018/07/27/mcdonalds-worker-says-woman-was-talking-a-lot-of-smack-before-beatdown">New York Post</a>, said Fontelar was &quot;talking a lot of smack&quot; before the incident.</p><p>“You know, it gets crazy. Just people think ‘cause you’re working, you’re supposed to … you know, I held it up … she was talking a lot of smack for a long time,&quot; she said. - Balitang America</p>
