First up, the “Prodigal Bai ng Cebu” shared that he’s got quite the knack for cooking, all thanks to his grandma, who’s been passing down her secret recipes—first to Jan’s sister, and now, at 19, it’s Jan’s turn to learn their family’s treasured dishes. One of his go-to favorites and the first recipe he learned is creamy chicken mushroom soup—which he’s determined to master to perfection!

As a true Gen Z, Jan has a major love affair with music, and the first song on his playlist? “Tingin” by Cup of Joe—definitely a vibe!

A humble and ‘teachable’ young man, Jan had no trouble connecting with the “PBB Gen 11” housemates. He fondly shared that the first person who approached him inside the house was his fellow teen housemate, Marc Nanninga Jr. But it was Brx Ruiz, their resident chef-kuya, who became his first real buddy!

The first thing he does in the morning is wake his mind and body up with a quick set of push-ups—talk about starting the day strong!

The first movie that really got him in his feels was “Rewind” starring Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera. Just like many moviegoers, he sobbed his heart out watching the film.

Now, let’s get a bit personal by asking about his first heartbreak. It was a case of puppy love at 16, right in the middle of the pandemic. He thought it was the real deal; however, things got complicated. But, resilient at a young age, he managed to move on by learning the art of acceptance.
