MANILA — Some local government units (LGUs) have decided to suspend classes on Wednesday, November 13 due to typhoon Ofel.

PAGASA raised Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 over over Cagayan including Babuyan Islands, the northeastern portion of Isabela and the eastern portion of Apayao, where strong winds are expected within 36 hours, as of 11 p.m.
