Police said at least <a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/2024/10/28/116-reported-dead-due-to-kristine-ndrrmc-928">41 deaths were recorded in the region</a>.</span></span></p><p>&quot;Hindi pa po talagang totally 100 percent [recovered ang Bicol], since mayroon pa rin talaga tayong response operations on the ground na nagbibigay tayo ng tulong.
