Kung walang kasalanan, wala namang problema,&quot; sabi ni Abalos. </p><p>&quot;Pero nakita natin, sumalubong sa atin isang swimming pool... Ang tanong panong nangyari yun? Sinong gumawa nito? Depende po sa imbestigasyon, ang mga dapat managot ay mananagot,&quot; sabi ng opisyal.</p><p>Nasulatan na aniya nila ang mga tanggapan na pupwedeng magbigay-linaw sa isyu.</p><p>Nanawagan din si Abalos sa publiko, &quot;Kung may alam kayong binababoy na lugar, sabihin nyo sa amin at ipaalam para maaksyunan po natin.&quot; </p><p>Samantala, binatikos ni House Deputy Majority Leader/ACT-CIS Rep.
