He appeared to have fallen from an unknown floor of a condo building. Hazel Tuazon said the incident was an isolated case, which happened inside a gated condominium with security guards.</p><p>“Davao City is still safe. Kanang nahitabo karon is isolated. Ang uban ana is personal. So dili ingon nga gipatay sila kay trip trip lang,” she said.</p><p>(Davao City is still safe. The crime that happened was just an isolated case. Some crimes are because of a personal grudge. So we cannot say that they were killed randomly.)</p><p>“Ato nang iklaro nga ang Davao City 100 percent safe gihapon sa mga turista ug mga bisita nga moari diri. Dili sila angay mabalaka. Compared to other cities, safe kaayo ang Davao City,” she added.</p><p>(We just want to clarify that Davao City is still 100 percent safe for tourists and visitors. They do not need to worry. Compared to other cities, Davao City is much safer.)</p><p>The Davao City police has not divulged the statements of the persons of interest and other information that could hamper their investigation and their manhunt against the perpetrator.</p><p>Police said the condominium building where the victims were found did not have working surveillance cameras, which could be a violation of the city&#x27;s CCTV ordinance.</p><p>The grieving families of the victims are seeking help to bring their remains back to their respective hometowns.</p>
