"Preparations were discussed and evacuation po will be assessed po by LGUs na mag coconvene pa lang po (or tapos na) for PDRA. Bale binigyan na po sila, thru the regional PDRA, ng list of susceptible areas for hazards secondary to the tropical cyclone which will be part of the assessment of the LGUs," ayon sa Office of Civil Defense (OCD) Bicol.
