The bride who went viral for failing to walk down the aisle in Amlan, Negros Oriental finally got to experience her dream wedding with the help of event organizers in the province on Monday.

Janine Suelto-Sagario was "re-wed" in a civil rites ceremony led by Amlan Mayor Manjo Sycip.

Suelto-Sagario made rounds on social media for a seemingly rushed wedding.

It was later found out that they were an hour late for the scheduled wedding due to a notice by a female sponsor who works at St. Andrew the Apostle Parish.

The parish priest and the female sponsor already apologized for the mess.

Wedding organizers in the province saw her post and pooled their resources to redo her wedding.

In a social media post, Suelto-Sagario thanked everyone who helped her achieve their dream wedding.

“Let's all move on nalang kay wa man mo ato nga time. Sayon rana isulti kay di man sa inyo nahitabo. Ang importante ron kay happy ko, kami tanan sako fam. (You were not there at that time. It is easy to say because it did not happen to you. What is important now, that we are all happy with my family.),” she said.

She also explained that it was not her fault that there were kind-hearted people who helped her.

“Lipay nami, Lord nga makalipay mi og tao (We are happy, Lord that we made someone happy),” said John Lester Barot, violinist and head organizer.
