<div><ivs-player data-ivs-key="e8c22c015ca9eafa76f1e3edfa03c603" data-ivs-spid="3001339" data-ivs-vid="3063993"></ivs-player></div><script src="https://player.ivideosmart.com/ivsplayer/v4/dist/js/loader.js"></script><p>Arestado ang siyam na indibidwal na sangkot umano sa vishing o voice phishing scam sa ikinasang operasyon ng Philippine National Police Anti-Cybercrime Group sa isang bahay sa Cavite Miyerkoles ng gabi.</p><p>Sa bisa ng warrant to search, seize at examine computer data, inaresto ang target ng operasyon si alyas “Apol” pero natuklasan din ng pulisya na sangkot din ang anim na lalaki at 2 pang babae sa voice phishing scam o panloloko sa pamamagitan ng pagtawag para makuha ang impormasyon ng kanilang target at makakuha ng pera.</p><p>Nag-ugat ang operasyon matapos na may magsumbong na nabiktima siya ng naturang modus.</p><p>Inabot ng walong buwan ang pulisya sa pagsasagawa ng case build-up at surveillance bago nakapagkasa ng operasyon.</p><p>&quot;Kinolekta po namin ang information sa buong Pilipinas starting January to November 2023 para  makita natin kung paaano itong modus na ito…dahil nakolekta naitn ito pinagdugtong dugtong natin lahat ng biktima sa differrent regions nakakita kami ng isa ring bikitma na kaparehas at pinagtugma-tugma po ito nagkataon lang dahil we are conducting online investigations  meron tayong group na nakita nakipagcoordinate tayo sakanila and then they privided all the information we needed and doon namin nakita na may merong possible lead to identify kung sino bang puno na yan…So randomly they have the leads that this person has an account from a certain bank. So they assume the identity na alam nila ganito ay meron siyang bank account. Voice Phishing is a manipulation, they are manipulating the victims through phone calls,&quot; paliwanag ng PNP ACG Chief, Cyber Response Unit PCol. Jay Guillermo.</p><p>Nakumpiska sa kanila ang mga cellphone, sim cards, bank documents at script kung paano nila niloloko ang kanilang mga binibiktima.</p><p>Lumitaw din sa imbestigasyon ng ACG na posibleng may mastermind ang mga naaresto, na pinaghahanap na ngayon ng pulisya.</p><p>Aminado naman ang PNP-ACG na isang hamon sa kanila ang pagsasagawa ng case build-up lalo na kapag hindi gaanong nakikipagtulungan ang nabiktima ng scam.</p><p>Nanawagan din sila sa mga bangko na tulungan din sila na mapanagot ang mga salarin.</p><p>“They are just filing a complaint pero hindi nila tinutuloy kaya when we are acquiring pieces of evidence with the court ayaw po nilang lumutang yung ang nagiging challenge ng law enforcement…because there are so many information with certain banks kailangan namin sila that they should file a case  against these persons involved para lalong matibay ang aming kaso,&quot; sabi ni Guillermo.</p><p>Paalala ng PNP-ACG sa publiko na mag-ingat at maging mapanuri sa tuwing makatatanggap ng tawag at nagpapakilalang taga bangko at hinihingi ang kanilang personal information at ang one-time pin.</p><p>&quot;Paulit ulit natin sinasabi na everytime ang bangko talaga ay hindi tumatawag to ask updates through phone  calls. Siyempre hindi naman talaga ginagawa ng bangko yan even they are sending an email or you have an information or card was engaged in a transaction hindi nagpapadala ang bangko niyan. In case na meron mga transactions na hindi mo ginagawa iniimpormahan ka lang ikaw ba ito or kung hindi ikaw ito puwede mo icancel but they are not asking any information  but these people they are manipulating these people to get an OTP in order for them to access your online banking account and they will change the password plus the email plus the phone number,&quot; ani ni Guillermo.</p><style type="text/css" id="isPasted">
