The Bureau of Customs (BOC) has seized what is believed to be 10.5 kilograms of kush or high-grade marijuana in the Port of Clark, Pampanga, the agency said on Friday.

During the inspection, authorities discovered 23 transparent plastic sachets of dried leaves suspected to be kush.
