Weather bureau PAGASA is monitoring three Low Pressure Areas - one inside and two outside the Philippine area of responsibility.

The farthest LPA has a higher chance of developing into a tropical cyclone but all three are enhance the southwest monsoon or habagat.

Habagat will bring moderate to heavy rains over Zambales, Bataan, Occidental Mindoro, and northern Palawan through Thursday, PAGASA said in a weather advisory.

Flooding and rain-induced landslides are expected in these areas, it warned.
