while it assessed the surrounding waters.</p><p>The coast guard said its Marine Environmental Protection Unit (MEPU) on Thursday was conducting a water sampling as well as containment and recovery operations.</p><p>The PCG has coordinated with the City Environment and Natural Resources (CENRO) and concerned local government unit (LGU) for further measures.</p><p>The<a
