it heads closer to Catanduanes late Sunday evening, said PAGASA.</p><p>The weather bureau last sighted Enteng over the coastal waters of Bagamanoc, Catanduanes, moving Westward at 15 km/h.</p><p>It has maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h.</p><p><strong><u>Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2</u></strong> is hoisted over: </p><div><strong>Luzon</strong></div><p>The eastern portion of Camarines Sur (Caramoan), Catanduanes (Virac, San Andres, Pandan, Bato, Gigmoto, Bagamanoc, Panganiban, San Miguel, Viga, Baras, Caramoran) and the eastern portion of Isabela (Palanan, Divilacan, Dinapigue)</p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong"
