MANILA (UPDATED) -- Several local government units (LGUs) on Sunday announced the suspension of classes on Monday, September 16, due to inclement weather.

Classes in the following areas have been suspended:

ALL LEVELS

-- Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro (public and private)

-- Rizal, Occidental Mindoro

-- Coron, Palawan (until September 17)

-- Santa Cruz, Occidental Mindoro (public and private)

-- Culion, Palawan (public and private)

-- Patnongon, Antique (public and private)

-- Bago City, Negros Occidental

-- Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro (public and private)

-- Barbaza, Antique (face-to-face classes only; public and private)

-- Kalibo, Aklan (public and private)

-- Busuanga, Palawan (public and private)

-- Dumangas, Iloilo (public and private)

-- Mandaue City (face-to-face classes)
