Andre Dizon, director of Police Regional Office 5, said Duterte arrived in Bicol — an administrative region of six provinces — on Sept. 20 and was on Calaguas Island from Sept. 22 to 23.</p><p>The memorandum report also showed that Duterte went to Naga City in Camarines Sur, where she went to the Archbishop&#x27;s Palace and met former Vice President Leni Robredo at her home there.</p><p>He said the information was from residents whom police had talked to.</p><p>&quot;Actually, &#x27;yung arrival lang ang na-monitor natin, yung pagdating niya sa Bicol International Airport noong Sept. 20. &#x27;Yun ang monitor natin. So, from there, nag-provide tayo ng area security kasi kailangan i-secure kasi mataas na opisyal ng ating bansa,&quot; Dizon added.</p><p>(We were only able to monitor her arrival at the Bicol International Airport last September 20. [Alas-6:32] umalis ako sa Calaguas ng Monday. Ang budget hearing started 10 a.m.. Tama din ako na walang budget hearing na nangyayari ng 6:32 a.m.,&quot; Duterte said.  </p><p>(PNP&#x27;s report was accurate. I left for Calaguas on Monday. The budget hearing started at 10 a.m. I was right that there was no budget hearing that transpired 6:32 a.m)</p><p>Duterte&#x27;s office this week accused unnamed media outlets for reporting that &quot;she[was] on the beach while the House of Representatives [was] conducting the plenary delliberations on the budget&quot;, saying the reports were &quot;fake news&quot; meant to discredit her. </p><p>The OVP said that Duterte made stops in Vinzons and Daet in Camarines Norte as well as in Legazpi City in Albay.</p><p>Calaguas Island is part of Vinzons town.</p><p>&quot;Dahil sa aking pagbisita doon, na-highlight ang Calaguas islands. They need more visitors there kasi karamihan sa kanila may bisita lang during summer dahil maalon,&quot; she said. </p><p>(Because of my visit, Calaguas Islands was highlighted.
