Ipinawalang-bisa ng Court of Appeals ng Cagayan de Oro 22nd division ang inilabas na temporary protection order na inisyu ng Davao Regional Trial Court Branch 15 kaugnay ng operasyon ng Philippine National Police (PNP) para maaresto ang nagtatagong pastor na si Apollo Quiboloy .Ayon kay PNP-PIO acting chief at spokesperson Col. Jean Fajardo, ito&#x27;y kaugnay sa isinasagawang operasyon ng mga pulis sa Kingdom of Jesus Christ compound. Giit ng opisyal, pinagtibay ng Court of Appeals ang apela ng PNP na parte ng pagsisilbi ng warrant of arrest laban kina Quiboloy at mga kapwa akusado nito ang pagsasagawa ng operasyon. “The court finds that the public respondent RTC Branch 15 Davao City has acted without authority in taking cognizance of the Amparo case, it follows that the issuance of the temporary protection order has no basis,&quot; paliwanag ni Fajardo.  &quot;Ang implication lang nun ay tama from the start ang PNP na yung nilabas na TPO and even yung cease and desist order nila ay walang kinalaman yun doon sa pag iimplement natin ng WOA at malinaw doon ang sinasabi ay alisin lamang mga barikada at harang na nakapag impede sa pagpasok at paglabas ng KOJC members but simula pa lang sinabi na natin ay wala tayong ginawang harang doon, malaya silang nakakalabas masok but be that as it may kahit ganun pa rin yung content ng TPO ang sinasabi ng CA ay wala itong basehan,&quot; dagdag ni Fajardo. Wanted si Quiboloy at iba pa niyang kasamahan dahil sa patong-patong na kaso ng child and sexual abuse at human trafficking.
