“Senior High” Season 2 called “High Street” is going to be even more aggressive and exhilarating than the first one. The latest news we’ve learned is that our favorite Northford High students will officially transition into yuppies or young professionals in the new series.

In an exclusive round table discussion video, additional member Harvey Bautista disclosed that he’ll be playing Sky (Andrea Brillantes)’s workmate, “Titingnan natin ‘yung work relationship nila if they end up being good friends, if they end up being more, or if may something else na nangyayari behind the scenes. So, tingnan na lang natin.”

Based on what was shared, AC Bonifacio will become Sky’s workplace best friend, “We both have the same dream and we both end up working at the same place. So, let’s see how it goes from there also.”

Meanwhile, Ralph de Leon will be immersed in a hospital environment, where he’ll encounter Xyriel Manabat’s character, Roxy, who also works there. “It’s going to be exciting watching that kind of relationship unfold, whether it’s going to be purely work o may halong personal,” thought Ralph.

It's no secret that this team thrives on surprises, so brace yourselves for unexpected and even sordid plot twists lurking beneath these subplots. Characterized by more maturity, “High Street” will offer a darker, bolder, and more straightforward narrative.

Ralph believes that it’s important for Gen Zs to be represented in a show that will enlighten not only youngsters but even the older people around them.

As someone who has healed from traumatic experiences, AC finds motivation in knowing that her new role will empower her to assist fellow Gen Zs in their journey toward healing from their own traumas. “It’s nice to be heard and to be able to put in my own story for other people to also heal from it and open up with it.”

Viewing it through the lens of acting, Harvey is both thrilled and pressured to join the show’s already-established cast, adding that his new role is a challenge he’s eager to nail.

Romnick Sarmenta and Dimples Romana are collaborating on a series for the first time, and they both consider it an honor. Despite having portrayed numerous characters in the past, Dimples finds it refreshing to be offered a role that is entirely new to her. “I like doing roles that I have never done before. If I ever did, I want to make them new.”

Likewise, Romnick is just really excited to paint another multifaceted character, “Ang sarap lang i-discover nitong taong ‘to and to play it.”

As parents themselves, this new project easily becomes so near and dear to their hearts. “Imagine, we are dealing with real problems, and these problems are often in the shadows. Alam mong nangyayari and this time, we’re bringing it out in the open and saying, ito ang pinagdadaan ng mga nagtatrabaho ngayon na mga kabataan,” Dimples pondered.

She further shared, “Not only are we raising awareness to people who are not much aware of the struggles of someone who is from the workforce of this age, siguro, it’s how they deal with it and how they conquer their own demons.”

From Romnick's perspective, "High Street" will undoubtedly provoke introspection among parents and other adults in positions of authority, who play a crucial role in the journey of the youth and have the potential to make a significant impact.

“How the storytelling will be able to tell people na valid lahat ng concerns ng mga anak natin... I think it’s a very important story to tell. I think it’s a blessing that we get to tell it together and we’re going to do it with the people they love,” he expressed.

Meanwhile, “High Street” also marks Dimples’ reunion with Dreamscape Entertainment, and, familiar with the production unit’s style of execution, she confidently teases viewers to brace for another riveting content that will change the primetime drama landscape.
