There were initially some doubts if Molde, along with batch mates Justine Dorog and Tots Carlos, would return, but the player said she truly wanted to return.&quot;&#x27;Yung feeling na maglalaro ka ulit sa UP, and last year na, ang sarap sa feeling ng ganoon, kasi &#x27;yung i-all out mo na talaga para sa UP community,&quot; said Molde.There is one other reason that Molde eventually decided to play her last year, however.According to the spiker, she is also playing for her grandmothers who are her biggest supporters.<ul class="op-related-articles">	<li><a href="https://sports.abs-cbn.com/uaap/news/2020/01/31/up-bats-equality-wvt-now-just-fighting-maroons-65736">READ: UP bats for equality with WVT now known as just Fighting Maroons</a></li></ul>&quot;&#x27;Yung lola ko din ang isa sa naging reason kung bakit,&quot; said Molde. &quot;Kasi &#x27;yung lola ko, &#x27;yung isa, 94 years old… Pero &#x27;yung isa na sobrang adik talaga sa amin, and sa basketball, ano na siya, 90-91, years old.&quot;&quot;Naging inspiration ko sila this coming season,&quot; she added.Unfortunately, neither of her grandmothers are likely to watch a game live, but they will be in Molde&#x27;s mind as she tries to help the Maroons return to the Final 4.Season 81 was a disappointing one for UP, as they missed out on the semifinals after compiling a 6-8 win-loss record.
