PLDT squeezed out a 5-set win against F2 Logistics to take 5th place in the Premier Volleyball League Open Conference on Tuesday night at Filoil Flying V Arena in San Juan.The High Speed Hitters had it 25-21, 21-25, 25-17, 28-30, 15-8 against the Cargo Movers, which fell to 6th place in the classification round. The High Speed Hitters was close to beating the Cargo Movers in the fourth set but F2 Logistics was able to battle from 19-23 down to take the set.PLDT then pounced on their rivals&#x27; attack errors in the fifth to turn a 9-7 lead to a 14-7 gap.Jovie Prado topscored the High Speed Hitters with 11 points. Jules Samonte had 10 points and Mika Reyes added 9.Majoy Baron scored 13 points on 7 attacks, 5 blocks, and a service ace for the Cargo Movers. Kianna Dy added 12 points.
