Perpetual tried to claw its way back, with Gab Dangangon and Jeffrey Coronel conspiring in a 7-2 run to trim the lead to 13 points, 59-72, with still 4:19 left to play.Soberano splashed in a three-pointer, however, and after Gerald Dizon again made it a 13-point game, 62-75, Soberano drained his fifth triple of the game and the Altas would not threaten again.The sharp-shooting Soberano finished with 15 points built on five three-pointers, but it was Tankoua who earned praises from Jarin after the game for his tremendous performance.&quot;I have to give credit to Donald, because let&#x27;s face it – Bright Akhuetie and Prince Eze are really good. They&#x27;re very athletic, and they&#x27;re experienced. I just told him that you need to outplay at least one of them to have a chance,&quot; Jarin said. &quot;He outplayed both, so that&#x27;s what you call overachieving.&quot;Akhuetie had 13 points on 5-of-5 shooting along with six rebounds in just 17 minutes, while Eze had two points and four boards. Neither player saw action in the fourth quarter as Perpetual Help went with an all-Filipino line-up.&quot;I was just focused on coaching,&quot; Jarin said when asked for his thoughts on the Altas&#x27; tactic. &quot;I don&#x27;t have any idea. I don&#x27;t know if they&#x27;re hurting.&quot;Dangangon led the Altas with 14 points and eight rebounds, but he was only 6-of-15 from the field. Dizon was not much better, scoring 13 points on 5-of-11 shooting.
