(Handout photo)</div></figcaption></figure></div>MANILA -- Benguet-based fighter Jujeath Nagaowa remained undefeated after she defeated her Japanese opponent at World Series of Fighting–Global Championship (WSOF-GC) 3 over the weekend.Nagaowa, who recently ended her boxing career, scored another victory as a mixed martial artist by beating Japanese Yuko Kiryu on the main card via unanimous decision at the Araneta Coliseum.“Bad Girl” now has an MMA record of three victories with no defeats.In the main event, Russia’s Evgeny Erokhin successfully defended his WSOF-GC heavyweight title by knocking out Richard Odoms of the US. Erokhin flattened Odoms just 1:11 into the first round for his 10th straight victory via stoppage.The co-main event, meanwhile, saw a see-saw battle between Manny Pacquiao-lookalike Mario Sismundo and China’s Keremuaili Maimaitituoheti.The Chinese, however, got the better of the exchange and forced Sismundo to submit via rear naked choke. Three other Filipino fighters also suffered defeats against their foreign rivals.Jenelyn Olsim was forced to submission by Brazil’s Nayara Hemily, while Jessdan Dela Pena succumbed to a second-round technical knockout against Malaysia’s Kelvin Ong.Neil Larano got trapped in a triangle choke by “The Wolverine” Ahmed Mujtaba of Pakistan, who retained his Underground Battle MMA featherweight crown.
