Unfortunately, it turned out shorter than it was supposed to be. The players’ initial reaction was not positive as they received their uniforms just last night, making it impossible to have them adjusted before their game against the Tamaraws.“There’s a misunderstanding probably or a misjudgment of the length, it’s just too short,” Perasol said. “Kagabi lang nakuha. Kaya hindi naka-react agad. But we will have a different set this weekend.”Perasol said his wards were laughing hard when they saw how they looked. “Masyadong maikli, parang swimming trunks lang eh,” he said.The UP coach admitted they attempted to pull off shorts that are slightly shorter than usual but there were specific lengths provided that were not followed.Had the uniforms been delivered days earlier, adjustments could have been made.Despite the outfit confusion, Perasol was quick to remind his squad not to dwell too much on their shorts and keep their focus on the game.“It also contributed to how we focus because we were so out of focus when we got that. Initially, we really didn’t like that. When you go through that sometimes you have to turn it around and get their focus again,” Perasol explained.Will they wear it again?“Depende sa kanila.
