What Paul Desiderio and the Fighting Maroons want to make sure of, is that what holds true for today will still hold true come the final day of the elimination round.In this regard, the Fighting Maroons are taking heart in Desiderio&#x27;s now famous proclamation of &quot;Atin &#x27;to, papasok &#x27;to&quot; in their first game of the season, when the UP captain knocked down the game-winning three-pointer to defeat University of Santo Tomas (UST).&quot;&#x27;Atin &#x27;to, papasok &#x27;to&#x27; para sa Final 4,&quot; said Desiderio of their new battle cry for Season 80. &quot;Sana, makuha namin.&quot;&quot;One game at a time lang,&quot; he added. &quot;Dahan-dahan lang, prepare lang ang sarili. As a captain kasi, down na &#x27;yung team, so tina-try kong buhayin &#x27;yung team.&quot;&quot;Sabi ko, ako &#x27;yun last na mag-give up,&quot; he stressed.Desiderio continues to do his part to help the Fighting Maroons achieve their goal of making it to the Final 4. After a clunker of a performance against Ateneo de Manila University in their second game of the season, he exploded for a UAAP career-high 28 points against University of the East on Sunday.The veteran guard has credited a more &quot;relaxed&quot; approach as the key to his strong performance, and not any special preparation.&quot;Wala namang extra,&quot; he says. &quot;Pinrepare ko lang &#x27;yung sarili ko pa rin. Alam ko naman na andoon na ako, kailangan ko lang &#x27;yung sarili ko.&quot;He will continue to take the same approach as UP progresses in the tournament.
