<div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="http://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/news-special1/sports/9/20/jc-intal-092016.jpg"/></figure></div>MANILA -- Phoenix’s JC Intal recently returned to PBA action after being out for two months due to injury.He surprised fans when he stepped onto the hardcourt with blonde hair, a la Son Goku of Dragon Ball Z.But Intal insists that he got his inspiration not from the Japanese character but from controversial American swimmer Ryan Lochte, who sports an ash gray do.“Napapanood ko nung Olympics si Lochte then sabi ko, &#x27;Okay ‘tong buhok na ‘to ah,&#x27;” Intal told sports website <a href="http://www.spin.ph/basketball/pba/news/jc-intal-does-something-out-of-the-blue-or-in-this-case-blonde">Spin</a>. “Sinubukan ko lang, wala rin magawa eh.”The stylist who worked on his hair, however, couldn’t copy Lochte’s ash gray color so Intal settled for blonde.“Ang tagal nila makuha &#x27;yung color, so hinayaan ko na lang na ganyan,” said Intal. “Yung mascot namin tamang-tama, parang Dragon Ball Z, so sabi ko stay na lang, Son Goku.”Intal admits that he gets second looks because of his hair but has grown comfortable with it.“Wala na rin ako pakialam kung ano isipin nila.
