Philippine Superliga-F2 Logistics Manila put up a good fight before succumbing to Italy&#x27;s Pomi Casalmaggiore in Pool A of the 2016 Women’s Club World Championship at the MOA Arena in Pasay City on Thursday.FTL rallied in the third set before bowing to Pomi, 25-19 25-19 25-21.Compared to the host team’s match against Rexona-Sesc Rio last Tuesday, Jaja Santiago and the rest of the crew had a relatively better performance against Pomi.Santiago had 11 points, while Lindsay Stalzer and Stephanie Niemer had nine points each for FTL.FTL went close to seizing the third set after claiming a 20-18 lead against Pomi. But the Italians led by Peric Klara proceeded to win the game.“I&#x27;m really thankful for my whole teammates, they did a really good job all the game and it was just a lack of concentration and we came back,” said Klara after the game.All in all, Pomi had 40 attacks against FTL&#x27;s 36.
