Castillo won despite his handicap of having only one functioning eye. Agcopra was the aggressor early on in the match, having the better of Castillo in stand-up action. The Twister, who lost his sight in his right eye when he was 2 years old, got a take-down against the Gunman and punished the latter with his ground-and-pound. In the third round, Castillo rocked Agcopra with a switch-kick to the head. He then gained side control before trapping Agcopra in a crucifix. Castillo continued to pound the Gunman until the final bell. Judges were convinced of Castillo’s domination that they awarded him a unanimous verdict. Castillo pocketed a cool P100,000 cash prize aside from getting a URCC contract.
