After seeing Gilas Pilipinas' shortcomings against Kazakhstan and Iran in the recently concluded qualifying window of the 2019 FIBA World Cup, naturalized Filipino player Andray Blatche took to Instagram to signify his intent to rejoin the team.

Blatche posted a graphic showing himself, Calvin Abueva, Jayson Castro, and Terrence Romeo.

"3 of us are missing I'm sure they ready as well let's do wats need to be done 'the bad boyz,'" Blatche wrote.

Blatche, Castro and Romeo have served out their 3-game suspension, which was punishment for their involvement in the July 2 brawl versus Australia. They were eligible to play against Iran Monday but Blatche and Romeo were left out of the pool, while Castro was recalled.
