Hindi ‘yung kung umabot man ng ganoon [karami] ang panalo,” he said.</p><p>De Jesus has won 12 UAAP titles with the Taft spikers, and his program has also produced some of the country’s top hitters who are now playing in their respective professional teams.</p><p>But much like how he wants to be looked at, what is important for him are the lessons that he imparted to his past and present players.</p><p>“Ang gusto ko lang maalala ng mga tao is yung [players ko ay] smart, yung pananamit ng players ko maayos,” De Jesus said as he started to get emotional.</p><p>“Mabusisi ako sa mga ganoon eh. Yun siguro yung isang trademark ng La Salle, na maayos, disiplando, galing ‘to sa pangangalaga ni Coach Ramil,” he continued.</p><p>“Kahit saang anggulo mo pakawalan, inside the court or outside the court, dala-dala nila naman yun.
