MANILA (UPDATED) — After San Miguel’s lopsided PBA Finals win over Magnolia, an even more heated altercation happened off the court.

Birthday boy Calvin Abueva, who already refused to talk to the media regarding their Commissioner’s Cup Finals Game 2 defeat, was then seen expressing his dismay over an interaction with Mo Tautuaa’s wife Aida.

”Tinanong niya ko kung nag-smile ba ako, sino ba 'yan para i-smile ko yan?” Abueva said towards reporters just before he initially exited the Mall of Asia Arena, referring to Aida.

“Sino yun? Nand'yan 'yung mga anak ko, nag gaganon siya? Dumaan ako ng maaayos, dadaan ka sakin? Sino ka? Asawa ba ni Mo yun? Pare, and'yan 'yung mga anak ko,” he added while speaking to SMB’s Terrence Romeo.

On X, Aida expressed her side of things after the incident.

“This guy is crazy! Calvin just came after while I was walking to the bathroom,” Tautuaa wrote.

“To set the record straight, Calvin DID NOT physically attack me. I had to walk past him to go to the restroom. He smirked at me, nodded his head up & down & said: ‘yeah’ laughing. I said: ‘wtf is wrong with you’ and kept walking.”

“He walked after me and literally got in my face,” she added.

Prior to her posting this on X, Calvin and Sam returned to confront Mo and Aida.

“Andyan yung asawa ko eh, bakit niya ko ginanon?” Calvin said towards the Tautuaas, as Mall of Asia security was trying to act on the altercation.

“Tayong mga wives, hindi natin pwede bastusin 'yung mga [players]. Sa game lang, pwede pag dumaan 'yung player, you have to respect the player pa ‘rin,” added Sam.

Calvin then went on to challenge Mo to a fistfight as the Abuevas tried to further approach the Tautuaas, but they were stopped by San Miguel’s Leo Austria, Magnolia and PBA Officials, and the security.

”Hey Mo! [Ayusin] mo yung asawa mo ha?” Calvin added, as he and his wife continued to air their grievances.

“Kahit ako, nagagalit ko sa whoever player, [pero] after game, that’s it!” claimed Sam. “Dapat i-ban siya! Hindi siya dapat dumadaan dito!”

“Yung pang-iintindi nun, masyado bang makitid? Hindi tamang [asal] sa player,” Calvin added.

”Sabi kayo ng sabi sa player, pero ayaw niyo namang protektahan. Talo na nga kami, pero okay lang yon! All-Star kayo eh.”

”Game 3, bawi kami,” concluded ‘The Beast’, who just turned 36 years old.

As of writing, the PBA Commissioner’s Office has yet to comment on the incident.
