MANILA —  Karl “KarTzy” Nepomuceno snagged another record to cement his greatest of all time status in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang as ECHO swept Onic Philippines during their MPL Philippines Season 13 clash at the Shooting Gallery Studios in Makati. 

KarlTzy — an assassin jungler for most of his career — now has 1,774 kills to his name in the MPL Philippines league. 

The two-time world champion breached the mark after a perfect Game 2 against Onic Philippines, through a 6/0/4 kill death assist record on X-Borg. ECHO spoiled Grant Duane "Kelra" Pillas' debut for the Hedgehogs. 

Meanwhile, Blacklist International added to its long list of pocket strategies, introducing a gold lane Ruby pick in their 2-1 win against Minana EVOS, getting on board in the regular season standings. 

Oheb had 4 assists and a kill on Ruby in Game 1 of their matchup against Minana EVOS, and 6 kills and 8 asissts on the same hero in Game 2.

Blacklist returned to the drawing board in Game 3 and focused more on objectives to secure a much needed win for the three time MPL champions.

On the other hand, Demonkite and Kusey marked their homecoming with RSG Philippines with a 2-1 win over a young and rebuilding Smart Omega squad. 

Rookie Jhondy "Nibor" Ranque stunned in his debut, chalking up 4 kills and 6 assists on X-Borg during the payoff period.
