Sinapuso talaga namin at kitang-kita ko po sa lahat na lahat kami gustung-gusto manalo. Gusto rin nilang manalo pero dapat mas gusto naming manalo,&quot; added the Season 84 ROTY-MVP.</p><p>Tied at 22 late in the fourth frame, Alinsug scored a huge crosscourt kill to give the Norman Miguel-led team a one-point lead. </p><p>Baby Jyne Soreño&#x27;s attack in the next play went outside, putting NU at match point, and Erin Pangilinan delivered the closing blow for the Jhocson spikers as they now move up to 10-2 in the league standings.</p><p>Meanwhile, the Lady Spikers, who now sit at 9-2, were led by Shevana Laput&#x27;s 21 points, Thea Gagate&#x27;s 12, and Alleiah Malaluan&#x27;s eight markers.</p><p>La Salle was once again playing without reigning Most Valuable Player Angel Canino, who has now missed three straight games due to an injury to her right hand.</p><p>However, Belen said that they still went into this game with the mindset that the La Salle star would be suiting up for the Taft-based squad. </p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/sports/2024/4/9/uaap-la-salle-still-learning-to-play-sans-angel-canino-says-noel-orcullo-2254">READ: La Salle still learning to play sans Angel Canino, says Noel Orcullo</a></div><p>&quot;Kami po kasi, hindi namin inisip na hindi maglalaro si Angel,&quot;  expressed Bella.</p><p>&quot;Yung preparation namin these past few days, talagang inisip namin na maglalaro siya. Talagang sabi namin hangga&#x27;t buo kami, hangga&#x27;t walang naliligaw sa amin, hangga&#x27;t isa lang yung goal namin, magagawa namin and walang imposible,&quot; she ended. </p><p>NU will next face Adamson University on Saturday at the Philsports Arena in Pasig, and they will close the elimination round against Far Eastern University.</p><p>On the other hand, DLSU will face Adamson University on April 17, Ateneo de Manila University on April 21, and University of Sto.
