The 2013 PBA MVP won all of his nine league championships while playing for San Miguel, and eight of these came when he played as part of the Beermen’s storied ‘Death Five.’

Santos, Alex Cabagnot, Marcio Lassiter, Chris Ross, and June Mar Fajardo were even able to complete the famed "Beeracle," -- a stunning comeback from a 0-3 deficit against the Alaska Aces in the Finals of the 2015-16 PBA Philippine Cup.
